Using SeraFox
You may use SeraFox to create and run online stores. You are responsible for your account, your content and the products you sell, and you agree to follow the law that applies to your business.
Your content
You own your products, customer data and content. You give SeraFox permission to host and display it so the service can work.
Payments
Payments are processed by the gateways you connect. SeraFox does not hold your funds. Fees charged by gateways are separate from your plan.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing page. You can change or cancel your plan from your store settings.
Acceptable use
Don't sell illegal goods, send spam, or try to access other merchants' data. We may suspend stores that break these rules.
