Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We formulate gently and avoid heavy fragrance in our daily skincare, but everyone's skin is different. We recommend patch testing a new product first and checking the ingredient list on each page.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We do not test on animals. Full ingredient lists are shown on every product page so you can choose what suits you.
How should I build a simple routine?
A good start is cleanser, serum and moisturiser in the morning, and the same again in the evening. Our gift sets bring these together in small sizes.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with a sealed item, return it within 30 days for a refund. If something arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
