What kind of leather do you use?
Our bags use full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather, which develops a natural patina over time. Small variations in grain and colour are part of the material.
How do I care for my leather bag?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth and condition every few months. Keep it away from prolonged soaking and direct heat. We include a small conditioning balm with every bag.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within two working days. Domestic delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, and international orders typically arrive within 7 to 12.
Can I return a bag?
Yes. Unused bags in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
