How do I choose my size?
Our sizes run true to length for most people. Check the size guide on each product page, and if you are between sizes we suggest going up half a size.
Can I return shoes I have worn?
Yes. Our wear-test promise lets you return pairs within 30 days if they are not right, as long as they are in reasonable condition.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day. Most addresses receive their order in 2 to 5 working days.
How should I clean my sneakers?
Brush off dry dirt, then use a damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid machine washing and let them air dry away from direct heat.
